Nick von Schirnding has over 25 years’ experience in the mining sector across a number of geographies. He previously served as CEO of Asia Resource Minerals plc, a FTSE listed mining company, and has held senior executive roles with Anglo American plc and De Beers. He currently serves as a non-executive director of Orosur Mining Inc. and Jangada Mines plc.

Up until 2018, Remy Welschinger was head of commodities sales in Europe for Deutsche Bank. Prior to that, he was an Executive Director in the Fixed Income and Commodities division of Morgan Stanley in London. Remy graduated from Cass Business School, London, with a MSc in Investment Management.

Brian McMaster has extensive experience within the mining industry. Brian’s career includes significant working periods in the United States, South America, Asia, India and UK. Brian was a founding director in venture capital and advisory firm, Garrison Capital Pty Ltd, and currently serves as a director of a number of ASX and AIM listed companies.

Abyudi James Shonga is a lawyer of over 30 years’ standing at the Zambian Bar and Managing Partner of Shamwana and Company. A seasoned litigator, he has appeared before Zambia’s trial and appellate courts, participated in international arbitration, and advised local and international clients on corporate matters. He served as Solicitor General and Attorney General of Zambia, acting as Chief Legal Advisor to the Government, and currently serves as Commissioner of the Small Claims Court. He is a former President of the Law Association of Zambia and has held board roles across private, listed, and statutory corporations.

Ian Lynch has over 20 years’ experience in senior finance roles, supporting both listed and private mining companies across multiple jurisdictions. His expertise spans financial reporting, corporate governance, market disclosures, stakeholder engagement, and coordinating legal strategy and contract negotiations with external advisers. He holds a degree in accounting and law from the University of Johannesburg and is a director of HFS Consulting Ltd, which provides support to companies in the mining sector, including Jangada Mines plc. He also serves as Chief Financial Officer of Meryllion Resources Corporation.

Vassilios Carellas is a natural resources professional with over 25 years’ experience in the mining and exploration industry, spanning both corporate and operational roles. His corporate experience includes executive management and financing of two publicly listed exploration and development companies, while his operational background includes general management of producing mines, mining operations, and exploration activities.
